Wine Evening with Luca Dusi
We are extremely excited to announce that for one night only on the 23rd of September we will be joined for an evening of superb food and wine by the self-styled mad professor of the Italian grape, Luca Dusi.
Our very own head chef Olvier Martin will be getting back to his Italian roots and putting together a superb 6 course menu to bring out the very best in each wine.

Luca’s passion for Italian wine and its fabled artisan producers is unbounded. Luca is one half of Passione Vino a company he founded with business Partner Federico Bruschetta in 2003. They specialise in discovering small independent producers from all over Italy – some from classics areas, but many from unknown, undiscovered and unspoiled regions. All their wines are of indisputable quality and elegance.
Luca firmly believes that everyone has to have access to good wine, no matter if you have £4 or £100 to spend. He stands for small producers, farmers, who have never done anything else than produce wine. Wine isn’t just a fashionable alcoholic drink, its culture, geography and history of the place where it comes from. He regards himself as a wine Robin Hood… He works hard to steal market sales from the big corporate wineries and gives it to the artisans.
