Oli’s Anniversary
As many of you will know, Oli Martin, our head chef and all round top sport, has been in charge of the kitchen at Hipping Hall for one year this January.
In that short space of time he has transformed the food offering at Hipping and really made the menus his own. In fact, it only took the AA 3 months to come and award him 3 of their hard earned rosettes, which really is a fantastic achievement.
To celebrate his first year’s anniversary, Oli will be hosting a very special evening on the 21st of January, showcasing the greatest hits from his menus so far. This promises to be a spectacular night of fun, celebration and culinary magic.
You’ll start the night off with a glass of something sparkly and some delicious canapes, before going through into the restaurant for 7 splendid courses all matched with drinks by our sommelier.
