Introducing the New Stables
Our award winning restaurant with rooms previously boasted 10 stunning bedrooms… now work to transform a former stable block in the grounds of the Lancashire hideaway just made Hipping a whole lot bigger…
The new development, known as The Old Stables includes the creation of five standalone luxury bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen and a private entertainment space.
Not only does this allow us to accommodate more of our lovely guests on any given evening, it also allows groups of up to 12 guests to indulge in a range of exclusive dining experiences provided by head chef Oli Martin.
Designs for the new suites were conceived by Harrison Pitt Architects, contractor Pinington’s then brought those plans to life and interior designer James Mackie finished of the project with a series of beautiful interior schemes, utilising luxurious fixtures, furnishings and finishes.
“The Old Stables continue our theme of restrained luxury and is complimentary to the main house whilst having its own identity,” said Mackie who has previously carried out work at Hipping.
“It’s crucial to have nice rooms when you visit a hotel of this quality but the Hipping Hall experience is more than that – stunning position, amazing food, great cellar and faultless service comes as standard. I hope we’ve echoed that in our designs.”
The beautifully landscaped gardens, pond and streams surrounding the Old Stables have also been the subject of a full makeover by acclaimed landscape architect Frances Truscott, who has worked her magic and created and oasis of tranquillity, where guests can kick back and relax.
