Conratulations Oli!!
Nearly a week has past since Oli won this years’ MasterChef The Professionals Festive Knockout, a competition that saw him excel, showcasing his individual culinary identity.
Oli and the other previous finalists found themselves back in the MasterChef kitchen with a festive themed set of challenges, set and judged by Marcus, Monica and Gregg. The tasks required creativity, initiative and perfect execution. It was great TV and still on BBC iPlayer if you haven’t managed to see it yet.
We caught up with Oli and he had a few words to say about what this meant to him;
“The nerves of walking back into the kitchen was unmeasured. I was very close to not competing, we’ve a lot going on at Hipping and my focus lies with our vision there. Obviously I’m super happy I changed my mind. Being able to secure the Title of MasterChef Winner is a highlight of my career!”
