Kirk Haworth to cook with Oli Martin at Hipping Hall.
We are thrilled to announce, that on Thursday 10th of September Hipping Hall will be playing host to a superb night of food, drink and general gastronomic jollity.
Kirk and Oli both started their careers over 10 years ago at Northcote Manor. As commis chefs, they toiled alongside each other in a kitchen that has produced some of the countries brightest culinary talents. Since then they’ve gone their separate ways, both cooking their way around the world via Blackburn, London, America and Australia and the English Lake District!
Now, back on home soil, both are looking to make their own mark on the UK dining scene. Oli has been head chef at Hipping Hall for eight months and already has 3 AA rosettes to his name. Kirk has just finished a stint at Michelin starred Northcote and is looking for his next challenge.
These are two guys seriously looking to impress so it promises to be a fantastic evening. We don’t want to give too much away, but the night will be based around a tasting menu format. Included in the price is a glass of something sparkling on arrival and a variety of drinks to match the food throughout the night.
