Three seriously talented chefs Oli Martin, Tom Parker and Kirk Haworth are having a bit of a reunion on Monday 27th June, at Hipping Hall, and guests can join in with what promises to be a superb night of food, drink and general gastronomic jollity.
Oli, Tom and Kirk, all started their careers over 10 years ago at Northcote Manor, near Blackburn, as commis chefs, working alongside each other in a kitchen that has produced some of the UK’s brightest culinary talents.
Now, they are all making their own mark on the UK’s dining scene…
Oli has been head chef at Hipping Hall for just over a year and already has 3 AA rosettes to his name.
Tom is the head chef at The White Swan at Fence, where he cooks up a storm, already claiming 2 AA rosettes and a Bib Gourmand.
Kirk has just finished a stint at Restaurant Sat Bains, near Nottingham and is busy looking for his next challenge.
Without giving too much away, the night will be based around a nine course tasting menu format, including a glass of something sparkling on arrival and a variety of drinks to match the food throughout the night.
The price for all this marvelousness is just £65 per head. We also have a rather special accompanying drinks flight in mind too, priced at £40 per head.
