Clau de Nell
We are very proud to announce that on March 1st, we will be hosting our first wine makers dinner at Hipping Hall. We will be joined by Christian Jaques and Sylvian Potin from this simply amazing biodynamic winery as they spread the word about the passion fuelled project that is Clau de Nell.
Clau de Nell is, first and foremost, a story rich in human adventure. At Clau de Nell, nature is essential, it is a philosophy of life. Letting nature take its course also means knowing how to grasp what is happening and how it will happen. “Welcome then to the natural encounter between the unforeseen and its happy hazards…”
The evening will consist of a beautifully crafted six course menu from Peter and his brigade designed to compliment the wines. Clau de Nell will showcase five of their stunning wines over the evening. Having the “head honcho’s” from the winery here on the night means this is a great opportunity to come and learn about this fascinating estate.
After the evening has come to an end, retreat to one of our beautifully appointed bedrooms and enjoy a night’s rest. A hearty breakfast will be served on the morning of your departure to set you up for the day ahead.
