Hotel and Restaurant Manager George Norrie
We are so pleased to announce that master forager, leader of men and all round good guy, George Norrie has joined us at Hipping Hall.
George comes to us via L’Enclume, Lake Road Kitchen and The Samling and exudes the kind of passion for customer service you’d expect from someone who has worked in some of the best restaurants in the country.
George has been with us since the beginning of the summer and has been working hard with Oli in the kitchen to put his own fun stamp on both the dining experience and the restaurant team.
We’re so excited about what the next few months will bring and we’d love you all to be a part of our new journey.
