General Manager George Norrie

We are so pleased to announce that master forager, leader of men and all round good guy, George Norrie has joined us at Hipping Hall.

George comes to us via L’Enclume, Lake Road Kitchen and The Samling and exudes the kind of passion for customer service you’d expect from someone who has worked in some of the best restaurants in the country.

George has been with us since July 2019 and works well with peter in creating a dining experience that is truly memorable.
