Room Eight
An open plan but cosy ground floor room with windows looking over the garden.
The bathroom is a wet area, with a pebbled open shower, adding a touch of modern to the cosy cottage feel.
Although totally separate from each other, rooms eight and nine have a common entrance and so these make a great combination for families with older children.
Being just across the courtyard from the main house, room eight suits those who like to come and go as they please.

Rate Information
The above rates are per room for Bed and Breakfast, include tea or coffee on arrival and are inclusive of VAT.
Our Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rates are a further £80 per couple per night.
Simply decide how many nights you’d like to stay with us, in which room you’d like to come and stay, then choose what day you would like to arrive and read off the appropriate rate.
N.B - Prices quoted for two and three nights are the total price of your stay. Simply choose the day of your arrival and the price shown covers your entire stay with us.
- Single occupancy will be charged at 75% of the prevailing room rate.
- As a rule we do not take bookings for just the one night on Saturday. However, please do enquire about late availability.
- Out of consideration for our other guests we cannot take group bookings of more than three rooms.
- Bank Holiday Sundays and the 27th, 28th and 29th of December will be charged at the weekend rate.
Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit of £60 per room in order to secure your reservation. We regret that this deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation with us less than 14 days prior to arrival, unless your room is re-let. If your cancellation is made less than 24 hours from the day of arrival we regret that you will be charged the quoted room rate.
Please note that a reservation is a legally binding contract and we do urge you to take out travel insurance at the time of booking.
